First Open A new page of 1240 X 921 px. Then add a new layer . Then take Layer> Layer Style>.


Then select on Gradient Overlay. And make the Opacity at 74% and angle at -89 and scale at 100%.

Next Step is to take color overlay and take red color and make opacity at 76 %

Then take Bevel and emboss > Texture take pattern just shown in below diagrame.

The gaback again to Bevel and emboss and make depth 1000%, Size 8px, Soften 0px .

After OK. The background is finished then you have to write any text on the page.

After Writing Select select tool and go to layer on the right bottom of the page. and select Ctrl and select on the thumbnail shown in layer .

Then Select the background you did before . (without cutting the dots out the text.)

Then delete from the text from background. then that will be shown like this

Then Hide the text layer.

And Save page As shown in below
